kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n massa- ja paperialan kokonaisstrategiaa nuorten houkuttelemiseksi ja pit\u00e4miseksi alalla sek\u00e4 heid\u00e4n k\u00e4sityksens\u00e4 lis\u00e4\u00e4miseksi alasta. Euroopan massa- ja paperiteollisuus on vihre\u00e4, eritt\u00e4in innovatiivinen ja yh\u00e4 digitaalisempi ala, joka tarjoaa uuden sukupolven ratkaisuja ja teknologioita yhteiskunnallemme. N\u00e4m\u00e4 sek\u00e4 alan tarjoamat useat uramahdollisuudet eiv\u00e4t ole yleisesti tunnettuja.\u00a0<\/p><p>Turn The Page -projektin tavoitteena on t\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4 aukko tarjoamalla viestint\u00e4v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 ja helposti saatavilla olevaa tietoa alasta, useista erilaisista ty\u00f6paikoista ja koulutusmahdollisuuksista. Se on suunnattu nuorille kaikilla koulutusasteilla ja se mahdollistaa ensikohtaamiset\/kokemukset alan kanssa. Sidosryhm\u00e4asteella projekti helpottaa parhaiden k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen ker\u00e4\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja vaihtamista sek\u00e4 nuorten ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden rekrytoinnin ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6llist\u00e4misen osalta.<\/p><p>Turn the Page -projektia hallinnoi Euroopan paperiteollisuuden keskusliitto (Cepi) ja IndustriAll European Trade Union yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 teknisen kumppanin, konsultointiyhti\u00f6 Spin360:n sek\u00e4 maakumppanien kanssa Belgiassa, Suomessa, Saksassa, Italiassa ja Puolassa. Keskittyess\u00e4mme hankkeen toteutuksessa nelj\u00e4\u00e4n maahan, tavoitteena on luoda siirrett\u00e4vi\u00e4 tuloksia, joita voidaan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 kaikkialla
